we know that an executive or manager working away from his or her home
country usually is far more comfortable with coaching if all communications
with the coach are in the coachee's native language.
That's why we are engaged in identifying and training CGA coaches who meet every one of our stringent standards and are completely fluent in a language other than English. By "completely fluent" we mean either that the other language is the coach's native language, or that the coach has near native capability in that language through many years of living within a region where that language is the vernacular in daily use.
