The GLOBE Research Findings on Business Leadership
Worldwide
The Wharton
Business School was the home of the GLOBE Research Project, which investigated
business leadership in 62 societies. The research team’s stated objective
was "to determine the extent to which the practices and values of business
leadership are universal, and the extent to which they are specific to
just a few societies." In this, the team succeeded.

Global Leadership Training: Sample Objectives
To meet
the requirements of its client companies, we deliver a variety of customized
global leadership and cross-cultural management trainings. Within
