A Unique Research Basis

GROVEWELL’s two partners have carried out original research on the internationalization of diversity for a Fortune 50 U.S. corporation.  The findings of the Diversity International And Domestic (DIAD) project were serialized in May & July 1996 in Mosaics, a newsletter of the Society for Human Resource Management, under the title "Does Diversity Travel Well? DIAD’s findings have been presented at national conferences as a simulation exercise or featured address.  For example, Dr. Grove was the keynote speaker at the Seventh Annual Managing Diversity in the Workplace Conference (1998): "Now Arriving: Globalization, The New Diversity Challenge."

Ten Fundamental Questions
