Performance-driven service delivery.  We stand for the delivery of services that enhance the on-the-job performance of business leaders in their dealings with counterparts in and from other world regions.  We don't give people information.  We coach them towards peak performance.

Mature, highly experienced service providers.  We stand for the commitment that the GROVEWELL associate or executive coach delivering your services will be a senior professional with years of relevant, on-the-ground, international, corporate business (and usually management) experience.

Development of best-practice solutions.  We stand for our belief that what other firms in your industry do is not a sure guide for what will be best for your firm.  With research grounding and years of experience, we dedicate ourselves to uniquely-devised, performance-driven outcomes for each client.

Executive coaching that is genuinely global.  We stand for "global" executive coaching that is global in content and delivery, not merely in geographical distribution.  We developed our signature Coaching for Global Advantage because executive coaching as generally practiced lacks two attributes critical for it to be genuinely global: (1) research-based intercultural wisdom, and (2) attention to each coachee’s culture-influenced expectations regarding a mentoring- or advising-type relationship.
