GROVEWELL's global leadership training expands the repertoires of corporate global leaders. Our objective is to enable them to respond, intentionally and effectively, to a range of global challenges such as leadership, trust, and communication.

Our approach is driven by what we’ve learned from experience: Outstanding performance is far more difficult amidst differing mindsets, values, and practices. Performance improves when one’s repertoire of global competencies is expanded and honed.

To meet the needs of clients worldwide, GROVEWELL offers two types of training:

  • GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS, a 2- or 3-day, ready-to-deliver, introductory course for leaders with little global experience. Full details are here.

Among the objectives that we're able to address in our global leadership trainings are:

GROVEWELL's associates have all lived and worked internationally, and many have held senior posts with P&L responsibility. All have undergone formal learning in coaching and related disciplines. Most associates are bi- or trilingual. Each brings his or her wealth of practical global business experience, life-honed wisdom, and caring heart to GROVEWELL’s training engagements.

Participants in our trainings practice using a global mindset as well as applying cross-cultural competencies that are effective in their target regions. Unlike most other global leadership offerings, GROVEWELL's programs are deliberately crafted to be global; they are not “Made-in-America” products exported for consumption globally.
The Basics


  • Clients arrange for our global leadership training services by means of either a formal contracting processes, or an informal agreement. We adapt to each client’s requirements (we do not require an elaborate contract).
  • Our fees are largely determined by the number of trainers and the duration of the training. (We do not charge on a per-participant basis.) For a half-day or less of on-client-site training, we charge 75% of our full day rate. Additional fees might apply in some cases, such as development, customization, materials, etc.
  • We authorize training to occur after we receive verification that our invoices will be honored. Usually, verification is a Purchase Order number received from our client.
